Done a little diggin' and the Government have altered the regulations around registering an arm of the club as a charity. In order to do so we must guarentee that the charity part has a turnover of at least £5,000 a year to retain its registered status.
Do we genuinely think this is possible ?
It will take alot of commitment, organisation and most importantly activity - rather than just talking about things. Also it may require an all year round effort by everyone rather than just during the season.
This is the only way I can get pound for pound sponsorship. Maybe we will have to look at other avenues if this isn't realistic.
