New Year predictions / resolutions

I have heard through the grapevine the following :

1. Peter Mellor will be a stone lighter for the nets, down to 33 not bad dwaine, may get an over from you this year.

2. Stuey Dawson will play more than half the games this year, he doesn't know this yet !

3. Mike Batey will catch more than he drops ! we may have to include colds and flu in this one .

4. Chris Easby will hit a four. Hang on a minute need some more vodka this is gettin too far fetched !

5. The rogers will go more than 6 balls without a sledge ! - now i have had way too much alcohol.

6. Barton will be worthy opponents ! - mixing vodka and tequila makes you say the most ridiculous things !

and on a serious note

7. Ingleton will win both leagues and the Eggleston cup.

ps cant do indoor nets in jan but hope they will run through late feb and march - I umpire hockey on sunday mornings !
